Texas Barbecue of Canada (TBC): Operations Manager
7931 Highway 17 E, Desbarats, Ontario (50 km east of Sault Ste. Marie, 36 km west of Thessalon)
We are conducting a province-wide search for an Operations Manager to run day-to-day operations at our first location in Desbarats, currently a takeout and drive-thru restaurant. The role oversees front-of-house and back-of-house operations, scheduling, food ordering, and leadership of the TBC team.

- $24 to $28 per hour, based on experience, with bonus system
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- Restaurant management experience required
- Experience with POS (point of sale) systems preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
Later this spring, we enter our third year with expanded offerings, including online ordering, dockside ordering, bottling and packaging our own sauces and rubs, sous vide entrées, lakeside events, and draft beer and margaritas.
